Japanese Buffet - kuishin.bo

Went to Sg last weekend. Other than Great Singapore Sales, our main purpose is Japanese buffet.
It is kuishin.bo which is located in Suntec City. S$39.90 per person (+ all the charges = S$46).

Definitely worth it lo. You have to see the food......

Unlimitted amount of sashimi, king prawns and mussels..

The salmon is super fresh and the prawns are so sweet.

And this one, the crabs!!!

You can eat until your lips swollen like us. It is so delicious and fat. Oh~~~

Unagi, soft shell crabs and fried fish (the one whole body filled with egg one).

The fish and soft shell crab is good but i don't really like the unagi. A bit tough.

The seafood soup taste so good until i forgot to take of photo of it before i eat. Hehe..

Then it's the desserts..

Ladies and gentlemen..... TA DA~

There were 2 table of such desserts bar.

Doughnuts of different flavours..

Cakes!!! This is just a part of it.

Tiramisu, chocolate cream puff, white chocolates, cheese cakes......

And there is also some special desserts which only have a limited of quantity like this one.

Look so yummy.

And also Japanese ice cream like this one. The ice-cream was inside the small orange shape container.

It is not creamy and i don't really like it. I preferred the chocolate ice-cream beside it!!

Mango pudding!! Not bad.

Hohoho... different flavoured mochi, fruit tarts and chocolate cream puff.

There is chocolate fondue over there!!! We had our marsh mallow, grape, banana and prune dipped with chocolate!!!

Hahah... i bet i at least gain a kg of weight after this buffet but i am quite satisfied :)

My precious back bone

Ok, i just found out last Saturday that other than Scoliosis i have Subluxation as well.

After the roadshow in City Square, we (me and my 2 sisters) got promotion to get a spine check up with the price of RM50 with Dr Michael G. Murphy (Doctor of Chiropractic, USA) from Spine & Posture Chiropractic Centre (Unit 13A-01, Level 13A City Square Office Tower). The appointment was on Saturday 2.15pm. The girl from there keep calling me to remind me about the time of the appointment and told me to reach there on time. So we reached there around 2.05pm. They let us to just sitting there waiting for our turn for an hour. We were really angry lo coz we will be going to Sg straight away after the appointment.

Anyway, it is proved that 3 of us have Subluxation. What is Subluxation? See here and here. I am having Subluxation at my lower back, upper back and my neck. Doctor said my Subluxation is very close to my brain so it's gotta affect my whole body's nervous system. The nervous system controls and coordinates all organs and structures of the human body. Misalignment of spinal bertebrae and disc (Subluxation) may cause irritation to the nervous system which could affect the structures, organs, and functions of the body. Cham la like that.

There are a lot of possible symptoms. Out of that list, i have:
  • headaches
  • dizziness
  • allergies
  • acne or pimples (haha.. this one also caused by subluxation)
  • throat conditions such as sore throat ( i have always suffer from sore throat)
  • stiff neck
  • difficult breathing
  • shortness of breath
  • gastric
  • cramps (always cramps especially when i am driving)
  • menstrual troubles such as painful or irregular period
  • bed wetting (NO LAH, i was just joking)
  • backaches
  • weakness in the legs

Gotta take half day leave tomorrow to take X Ray then pass to the Doctor. He will be giving us detail report on Friday 1pm (gotta take MC for it) and Saturday 9am. At that time, we will know how serious is our condition and whether treament is required. Haiz.. It's all about money. Gotta pay about RM125-RM250 tomorrow for the X Ray then RM95 on Friday. After that if further treament is needed the more money lo. I am really poor la. Donno got people gonna sponsor me or not. Somemore the treament could be as much as a few times a week.

The more i read about Subluxation, the more i am worry about myself. I will not be able to afford the mediation fees for sure. Somemore fuel price is so high now.

BTW, today I let them do this test.

Survey has been done on 5 females and 3 males and the results are
female all chose 3. and 2 guys chose 1. , one guy chose 2.

The answer for the test is:

Spoilt Brat

Fuel up by 41% is a very big impact to all of us especially those drive to work everyday. However, the stinky spoilt brat (Mr. Well) said it is nothing le.

Walao... he said why want to waste the time to queue up? Not worth it. He offended all of us lo. What does he know? His father is rich who own his own factory. He is driving a MyVi which he didn't have to pay a single cent for it. No car loan, no maintanence. Then he didn't contribute a single cent to his family and please take note, he is 26 years old now. Even me myself think that i am more independent and more mature compare to him. He only earn money for himself, for food. His room rental i am not sure whether his father pay for him also. RIDICULOUS la.

I told him, he will never undertsand
Pauline said 'he really must think in our shoes'
Shawn told him the difference. Told him how big is the impact.
Cheryl told him we can use the 40% to buy a lot of food.

Pek chek le. A lot people didn't get to pump the last feww litre of RM1.92/litre fuel due to work. This spoilt brat didn't even have the intention to pump also.

Petrol rise 41% RM1.92 -> RM2.70 !!!

Damn it, got news that fuel price will rise up by 41% to RM2.70 tonight (12am) around 5.30pm. It is firmed lo. Already published on newspaper and Pak Lah already admitted. KNS~~~

I was so shocked and couldnt concentrate to do work after that (ok what? my working hour is 8-5.30pm). Can u imagine? I pump about 26 litre every week and i pay RM50 for it. Now, by increasing by that bloody 41%, i will have to pay RM70.20 for that 26 litre!! That is RM20 more!! RIDICULOUS~~~ how am i going to survive? Somemore we are moving to PTP soon which is much much more far compare to Senai. Haiz... die la.

So i rushed back home to pump petrol. I thought the 2 petrol station (BHP & Shell) should be not so crowded coz that is housing area ma but i was so wrong.

BHP. Didn't manage to snap the whole queue.

The Shell in front of my house.

You can see from the picture that the queue has blocked the whole road. People is rushing for cheap petrol. I can't go back home like that so i made a U-turn to Ros Merah Petronas. I thought the place is more deserted, the queue will not be so wrong but again i was wrong. Haiz... At last i went to the Petronas near Maybank coz it is bigger and got space for me to queue.

Queuing.....

Still queuing. But at least can see Petronas already.

YAY~~ Reaching. Finally.

So finally... after the effort of queuing up for 50 minutes, i got my last 18.2321 litre of RM1.92/litre petrol :) I should be happy isn't it?

Pauline and i ordered 2 more bags. Hehe~~

My golden bag.

Pauline's one. Very expensive lo, RM37 le. But then, she is rich, so...

Online shopping

Me and my 2nd sis are so into online shopping now. It's Rye's fault to introduce me to shop at JBtalks which is more reliable and cheaper. Hohoho.. But it is my fault to give this website to 2nd sis.

Yesterday it was the first time for us to shop online in Malaysia. We ordered bags from super nice shop. Those lovely little bags are so cheap and hard to be find in local shop!!! The owner import those bags from Taiwan i think. I think the quality might not be very good la looking at the cheap price. Anyway, we didn't buy a lot coz we not sure about the quality.

This is what i ordered.

Oh man~ i had a really hard time to decide which color to buy. All are so cute. And i have chose.... GUESS.... the brown one :) It looks like some kind of branded bag right? Actually i like white too, and also black. Hahaha... If possible i wanna buy all three coz it is only RM27 each. But then, better wait and see the quality first lo. Haiz... need to wait until July then only can receive the goods because this is Pre-order. Can't wait to see my lovely lovely bag.

This is what Pauline ordered.

This is what sis ordered.

There are 2 other bags ordered by her colleague. Very nice isn't it? Cant' wait for July~~

The way i walk

Yesterday they comment that the way i walk is very 粗鲁, like a man.

Actually, i am aware of it too. I knew it since 15. But nobody tell me which part is so wrong that makes me look 粗鲁. All the while, i thought i was the way my hands move.

Pauline said it was how i move my leg. So yesterday i spent half an hour to think about it.. Now i know how already. I am trying very hard to change it. I hope it can last. If not, can u imagine a girl walk like a man when she is wearing skirt? OMG~~ Disgusting right?

I am trying my best to change. Hope they will notice it.

The Predictions by Juseleeno

Mr. Juseleeno, born in 1960(reportedly still alive in 2008), is a Brazilian who has made many predictions, and MOST have come to pass, including Princess Diana’s death by car accident (which is instigated by someone near her and will probably unfortunately be written off as a car accident), 911 and the 2004 Indonesian tsunami. He sees the future in his dreams, and has an average of 3 to 9 such predictions per day. When he wakes up, he will write them down, and send warnings to those concerned. If it concerns only a normal individual, he will write a letter to warn him/her. If it is a famous person(celebrity, politician etc.), or matters concerning the public, he will not only send it to the individual himself/herself, but also related agencies, government, and media. He urged the media to publicise these predictions, but the reply always went along the lines of rejection for fear of arousing public panic.

Future predictions:

2008, July: There will be an earthquake in Japan, which will cause a tsunami of 30 plus metres high to occur as well.

2008, 18th September: An earthquake with magnitude of approximately 9.1 will rock China , simultaneously causing a tsunami of more than 30 metres to occur, resulting in the deaths of more than 1 million people. Although this huge earthquake will happen after the Olympics have ended, there will be a series of relatively smaller earthquakes occurring in China before the huge earthquake. The China government, which is more concerned with the success of the Olympics, will most likely neglect to employ appropriate cautionary measures, thus the high casualty rate. If the China government does not publicise the occurrence of these minor earthquakes and evacuate people, the number of deaths will be as predicted.

2008, 17th December: terrorist attack in America

2010: The temperatures in some countries of Africa could be as high as 58 degrees Celsius, and there will be a serious shortage of water.

2010, 15th June: The New York Stock Exchange market will fail, causing an international financial crisis.

2011: The research on the treatment of some cancers will be completed, but a new life-threatening virus will appear. People who are infected will die after only approx. 4 hours of coming into contact with the virus.

2013, 1st – 25th November: Research on treatment of cancers, except for brain tumors, will be completed. An earthquake, caused by volcanic eruptions, will happen on Bahama Island of the Canary Islands. A gigantic tsunami of roughly 150 metres will result. America mainlands, Brazil etc. will be affected, with the tsunami pushing into the land as far as 15 to 20 kilometres. Before the occurrence of this gigantic tsunami, the sea/ocean water levels will sink by about 6 metres, and large flocks of birds will start to migrate.

2014: A small planet that has been gradually closing in on Earth might eventually collide with Earth, and this collision, if come to pass, will affect the survival of humans as a whole.

2015: By the mid of November, the average temperature of Earth could be as high as 59 degrees Celsius. Many people will die from the overheat, and international confusion and terror ensues.

2016, April: A huge typhoon will invade China, causing massive damage. The 43rd USA president, George Walker Bush, will enter the hospital, and faces a life or death situation.

2026, July: A super earthquake will occur in Sans Francisco, and it will be named “The Big One”. Huge damage to surrounding areas. Many volcanoes will re-activate, and the height of resulting tsunami will be more than 150 metres.

Mr. Juseleeno made known his predictions in hopes that people will take heed of his warnings, so that these disasters may be avoided. He hopes there will be a major change in the thinking of people’s mindsets in the time period 2007 – 2008. One factor will be the environmental issue of global warming, which is more serious than what some meteorologists assume.

The surprise

Monday is Dad's bday. We decided to celebrate it tonight. 3rd sis came back from Sg. Eldest sis family came back from KL secretly.

Yesterday, they departed from KL at 8.30pm. Dad didn't know at all. They reached around 12.15am and dad already fall asleep. We thought we are able to give him a surprise in the morning but Gabriel vomitted last nite and woke him up. He kept asking why is sis coming back so suddenly but none of us wanna tell him. Hahaha.. He was so happy, hugging Gabriel and play with him around 1am.

Think he already can guess la. But i bet he sure didn't know that Ee Tying will be joining us for the celebration also. The presents - watch and red wine are ready for him. :)

BTW, Gabriel gain a lot of weight. It is so hard for me to carry him around now. Gabriel is a big boy now. He don't need to wear diapers anymore. He will inform us whenever he feel like peeing. Amazing hor. The power of nursery.

Scoliosis

Well, i always know that i have Scoliosis. I knew it since 19 years old. Went to see specialist but did not undergo any treatment as i went to UK to study after that.

Scoliosis is a condition which affects the spines of many children, teenagers and adults. Scoliosis patients have spines that curve from side to side. Unlike poor posture, these curves can't be corrected simply by learning to stand up straight. On an x-ray, the spine of a person with scoliosis looks more like an "S" or a "C" than a straight line. Some of the bones in a scoliotic spine also may have rotated slightly, making the person's waist or shoulders appear uneven.

Scoliosis does not come from carrying heavy things, athletic involvement, sleeping/standing postures, or minor lower limb length inequality.

Treatment options:
  1. Observation: This is for curves that have a small degree measurement when you are growing (adolescent scoliosis), or for moderate size curves (<>
  2. Bracing: This is for curves between 25 and 45 degrees in growing children to prevent further progression of the curve while growth of the spine remains. The goal of bracing is to prevent further progression since the brace cannot correct curves.
  3. Surgical treatment: This reserved for curves which are generally greater than 50 degrees for adolescent patients and adults. Surgery can be performed for smaller curves if the appearance of the curvature is bothersome to the patient or if symptoms are associated with the scoliosis in the adult patient. The goals of surgical treatment are to obtain curve correction and to prevent curve progression. This is generally achieved by placing metal implants onto the spine which are then attached to rods which correct the spine curvature and hold it in the corrected position until fusion, or knitting of the spine elements together.

Last Saturday there was a free checkup in City Square. Me and my 2nd sis and 3rd sis took it and we found that my 2nd sis also having this problem. The degree of her curve is bigger than mine. The weird part is she did not have lower back pain sympton. Basically, Scoliosis patients will have below appearance:

  • Shoulders are different heights – one shoulder blade is more prominent than the other
  • Head is not centered directly above the pelvis
  • Appearance of a raised, prominent hip
  • Rib cages are at different heights
  • Uneven waist
  • Changes in look or texture of skin overlying the spine (dimples, hairy patches, color changes)
  • Leaning of entire body to one side

I have some of these. Look like a freak har.. I always have lower back pain problem but according to this website it is not normal wor. Nvm la.

This coming Saturday going to have further checkup at City Square there. Hopefully my Scoliosis wasn't so bad.

I am kind of confuse. I don't know what should i do...

For my job, when it is during 'A' then i'll take care of everything. When it is transferred to 'B', it is another department's job and i'll only help on the technical side.

But this other department fellow - C, always ask me to do her job. She always claims that she is very busy, cannot handle all that ...blah blah blah... So what? It is still your job and you should do it. If i help you once then you will depends on me it will then become my job which is so not right!! KANASAI~ Unless your boss gonna pay me your salary then i will not mind. haha..

This C always need me to remind her many many times or else she will not do it. Then everybody will be chasing after me because they thought it is my job to do all that. Like now!! Everybody is chasing after me just because someone claimes that she is very busy and no time to do it.

Seriously, i wonder why is she so busy. Really got so much stuff to do meh? Without her company can bankrupt meh? I thought i have trained her well but she is still the same old her although there is a little bit of improvement.

And when there is a delay, she will ask for my help. Walao~ delay is because of you la. When suppliers ask her for something she sure say she is very very busy. Oh please, you are not the only one that is busy.

Sienz sienz sienz~ cannot blame her also la. Lousy boss leads lousy department ma.
C is same department with 黑山老妖 and 山猪

Wesak Day

Today is Wesak Day. Celebrated around May by Buddhists which marks three momentous events in Buddha's life - his birthday, enlightenment, and achievement of Nirvana. The celebration begins at dawn when devotees gathering at the temples to meditate on the Eight Precepts. Donations, giving food to the needy, offerings of incense, joss sticks and prayers are carried out. The sutras are chanted in unison by monks in saffron robes. The celebration is highlighted by a candle procession.

Some temples also display a small image of the baby Buddha in front of the altar in a small basin filled with water and decorated with flowers, allowing devotees to pour water over the statue; it is symbolic of the events following the Buddha's birth, when devas and spirits made heavenly offerings to him.

And today, the guard who work at production entrance there is called Buddha!! Hahahaa...
Pauline said i should pour water on the guard in order to bath him. LOL~~

No offense.
