Hurt my back that day. Put in Counter Pain continuously for 2 days togehter with Pauline's lovely's pillow, it healed. Counter Pain is good!!

It was 7.12am.

Foggy day in UK is more teribble la. U can't even see the person standing maybe 3metre from u. Wonder how they drive in this kind of situation with no accident.

Pauline asked me to change side and do rebonding on Friday and i listen to her!! Went to saloon yesterday.
