Grandpa

He was borned in the Island of hainan.
At the age of 5, both of his parents have passed away. He has an elder sister who was married to Singapore. The sister brought him to Singapore when he was 12 years old.

He then started to work as a 'coffee boy' earning a few cents a month. He then become a machanic in Malaysia and continue to work there for many many years.

He met her and fall in love with her.. But she was from a wealthy family. The parents looked down on him. He promised them that he will give their daughter happiness. Will never let her suffer and will let her eat well.

He didn't fail.

Life was getting better. He understand how important education is and gave his very best to let all his children to have the chance to study.

He always tell his children that must always depends on themselves, do not trouble others. His children then pass this down to the next generation.

When he gets older, his body is getting weak. The last few months in his life, he has lost his appetite. He couldn't eat and only can drink some chicken soup. His weight has reduced to 30+kg. He couldn't walk anymore. He can only lye on the sofa or the wheelchair.. He couldn't go to toilet anymore. Being a very high self-esteem man, to need someone to help him to output his thing is the biggest humiliation to him. He couldn't take it..
Everytime we came to his place to visit him, he will chased us away and claim that he is fine.

At last, he left peacefully. We respect him.
